Accelerated Second Degree BSN Application

Any applicant who has been dismissed from a nursing program or has ever received two or more nursing course grades of B- or lower must first obtain approval from the SON to apply to the Basic BSN or ASD BSN track.

This process consists of submitting a letter of explanation regarding what events lead to substandard grades and what they have done to insure their success in the future as well as completing and submitting the 学生 Academic Standing Inquiry Form. Once the form and letter are submitted, the request will be reviewed by a SON committee. To obtain the 学生 Academic Standing Inquiry Form click 在这里. The 学生 Academic Standing Inquiry Form can be completed by either opening the form within your OU email using DocHub, using Adobe Acrobat or printing it out. Once completed, submit the form to (电子邮件保护). Applicants must be fully admitted to 365英国上市官网 before beginning this process.
